    Various forms of exercises can be shown in the picture format . Free hand exercises can be shown how to perform with the reps and sets. A good diet chart should be prepared keeping both veg and non veg in mind , also to add that now a days people work in night shifts so how they should be focussing on their fitness schedule and diet that is very important.
