Let’s not forget that there were also good things that happened “successes”, things that perhaps went even better than we expected. In the embracing of the new there must be a celebration of the good that is already there and resolution to work on the rest.
As one year ends and another begins, a good exercise for each of us would be to look at the most important aspects of our lives, acknowledge for ourselves what is good in each and pin-point what we would like to change.
AT WORK
