    i believe the steps of burnout are very informative, to the extent that i can identify myself with one or two of these stages such as neglecting my own needs at times because of work. The suggestions to take up a physical activity, to keep the body active and refreshed makes sense. Theories on creativity and joy have also put forth that we can work better with sufficient breaks in between.
