  • Concept of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and the role of an EAP Counsellor.  
  • Strategies to be an effective EAP Counsellor, including enhanced communication and problem-solving skills.  
  • Scope of practice and ethical responsibilities of an EAP counsellor.

  • Key counseling approaches such as the Eclectic Approach and Solution-Focused Therapy tailored specifically for EAP settings.  
  • Therapeutic modalities including Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Crisis and Trauma counseling.

  • I have not studied Master’s in Psychology. Can I take this course?

    This course requires knowledge of basic concepts of Psychology and Counselling. Watch out this space for more courses that would be offered to non-Psychology background individuals. 

  • Would I get opportunities to work with 1to1help after taking this course?

    Upon exceptional performance showing during the course, you shall be placed with 1to1help. If placement is not done, details of the participants will be in our repository. Whenever a requirement occurs for a full-time or part-time roles the participants will be notified. They will be given first preference for application and interview over the rest.

  • Can I make the payment in installments?

    An EMI option is available through RazorPay partners. This option will be available along with various other modes of payment. 

  • Will I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with the course?

    We want to ensure that this is the right course for your career. If you are not satisfied, a full refund will be provided if the coursework isnt beyond Segment 1 of Module I or one week of payment (whichever is earlier).   • How will I know if this is the right course for me?

    If you have shown interest in the course and meet the eligibility requirement, this course is for you. It is an intermediate level course. The concept, while niche, is explained in simplier terms for everyone to understand, regardless of you being a fresher, early-career therapist or a seasoned professional.
