Early to Bed & Early to Rise

Some of us are Early risers, meanwhile others need a reason to wake up early in the morning. Are there any "Benefits " for  our health on waking up early? Studies have shown "morning people" are often more positive, more optimistic and more likely to experience satisfaction in their lives.

    At night before going to bed, put your smartphone at distance. These will give you two advantages:

    1) It will make you get up and walk to reach your phone in order to switch off the alarm. Walking will help your brain to be awake and , and you will avoid hitting the snooze button.

    2) Keeping your phone away will help you avoid using it while trying to sleep. You can read some positive book before going to bed till you feel sleepy.
