The Employee Assistance Network offers much more than employee counseling. We also provide services such as financial counseling, legal services, childcare consultation, elder care consultation, college planning, and more. Employees may not know where to go for help: Do I see a psychiatrist? A lawyer? A psychologist? A social worker? An EAP can help the employee find the most appropriate, cost-effective resources to address the problems interfering with their work performance.
